Domestic Shipping — New South Wales Only
Standard shipping within New South Wales is estimated to arrive within 2–4 business days for parcels up to 2 kg, 3–5 business days for parcels between 2–10 kg, and 4–7 business days for larger or heavier items over 10 kg.
For urgent orders, our Express service delivers within 1 business day for parcels up to 5 kg, and 1–2 business days for heavier items. Express orders must be placed before 12pm AEST on business days to qualify for next-day delivery.

Interstate Shipping — Australia Wide (excluding NSW)
Standard interstate shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days for parcels up to 2 kg, 4–6 business days for parcels between 2–10 kg, and 5–10 business days for larger or heavier freight over 10 kg. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability in regional areas.
Express interstate shipping is estimated at 1–2 business days for parcels up to 5 kg, and 2–3 business days for heavier items. Please note that Express delivery to remote or regional areas may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the estimates above.

After-Hours Orders
Orders placed outside of business hours — including evenings, weekends, and public holidays — will be processed, packed, and dispatched on the next available business day. Please factor this into your estimated delivery timeframe when placing your order.

Public Holiday Notice
Please be aware that we do not process, pack, or dispatch orders on public holidays. This applies to both NSW and national public holidays. If your order is placed on or immediately before a public holiday, please allow an additional business day for processing. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not account for public holiday delays, so we recommend ordering in advance where possible.

Christmas & Unexpected Closures
Chippendale Restorations is closed for the Christmas and New Year period for usually 2 weeks. We will announce any planned closure dates with plenty of notice via our website and communications, so you can plan your orders accordingly.
