1. Restricted Shipping Items

Please note that certain items in our store—specifically those that are fragile, oversized, or difficult to package—are generally unavailable for standard shipping.

  For high-value items, we may offer a shipping exception at our discretion.
  Please be aware that specialized freight for these items will incur significantly
  higher costs than standard delivery.

2. In-Store Collection (Recommended)

Items restricted from shipping are available for local pickup. When arranging a collection, please adhere to the following:

• Payment:
  All items must be paid for in full—either via our online store or at the
  counter—before they can be released.
• Preparation
  Time: Please allow a minimum of one hour from the time of your
  order for our team to locate, prepare, and move your item to the
  collection area.
• Transport
  Suitability: It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is
  capable of transporting the item safely. We ask that you consider the
  item's dimensions and fragility; we cannot be held liable for damage that
  occurs during transit once the item has left our premises.

Shipping

When you input your shipping address it will automatically calculate a shipping price depending on the quantity of your stock, and the total weight/size.It will also factor in your location and whether you selected Standard or Express Shipping.
